This DVD consists of an Ergo Video and a Real Life Video. In the first film we follow Gerald Ciolek during an endurance training ride in Switzerland in the Bodensee area. The rolling landscape takes us past picturesque villages. On top of this ErgoVideo, which is aimed at training your power, a Real Life Video was also shot in the Naturpark Obere Donau. This mainly flat course leads you along the Danube’s river beds and finishes on a hill top in the village of Bubsheim.
